The public catalogue contains product information only. Order and custom-request responses must be stored in private Google Sheets accessible only to authorized shop operators.

Information collected

The request forms may collect your name, contact details, delivery area, product choices and customization notes. Payment details are handled by Razorpay; the shop must never request card details through a form or message.

Why it is used

Information is used to answer your request, confirm availability, quote shipping or custom work, collect payment through an approved provider, and fulfil an accepted order.
